Casting Process Optimization

Design & Development

We have a modern research and development facility, which is managed and supervised by a team of experienced and highly qualified researchers. They carry out extensive research practices, to develop a range that is durable, low maintenance and cost effective. They initiate new development activities directed at the improvisation of the range, to enhance the quality and features of valves. Our R&D and design department were equipped with highly advanced computer aided design (CAD) software tools. These design and analysis software help us to optimize product design and continual improvements in products which we develop. QA/Testing & Inspection

Since from the raw material stage each and every components undergoes very stringent quality checks. We have all modern test facilities like Hydro & Pneumatic testing, cycle testing, performance analysis, Non-destructive testing, and endurance testing in our in-house. Every product which we deliver ensures the quality & reliability.
